Ensuring Safe and Supportive Environments
We are proud to be a registered Voluntary Out-of-Home Care (VOOHC) organisation recognised by the NSW Government. Our paramount commitment is to ensure the safety and well-being of the children and young individuals entrusted to our care.
VOOHC refers to overnight care or short-term accommodation delivered by an authorised organisation to children or young people aged between 0 and 17 years. This service allows children to stay away from their usual home environment with the consent of their family, providing them with a supportive and secure temporary living arrangement.

Our pricing structure for supports and services is aligned with the rates outlined in the current NDIA support catalogue. This ensures that NDIS clients can utilise their funding to access our Voluntary Out-of-Home Care (VOOHC) services according to their preferences.
Our dedicated Support Workers are comprised of experienced professionals trained to provide age-appropriate services and activities to children and young people. With a commitment to consistent and responsible care, our staff members are available 24/7 to support your child.
We prioritise the safety and well-being of every child in our care. That’s why all our employees undergo Child Safe Training and all have a current Working With Children Check.
